Method

  1. preheat the oven to 200C
  2. add the butter and chocolate to a bowl over hot water and melt
  3. beat the eggs in another bowl
  4. grease 4 ramekins with extra butter and coat with sugar
  5. when butter and chocolate is melted, stir into the eggs and add the flour.
  6. divide the mixture between the ramekins
  7. cook for 10-12mins
